Refund policy
At Emory & Blanc, we want your order experience to feel clear and dependable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. Original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.
Items that cannot be returned include worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, scuffed, or used apparel and accessories; items missing original packaging or tags; final sale or clearance items; gift cards; and any item that is not in its original condition.
To begin a return, contact Emory & Blanc at [support email] or through the store contact form with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send items back until your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an Emory & Blanc error, defective item, or wrong item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and help make it right.
