A relaxed blouse with a little lace. Built with a straight relaxed cut and short sleeves, so it falls loose over the body and stays cool. Designed with lightly gathered shoulder caps and twin openwork bands across the upper chest. Finished with scalloped lace around the deep V-neck, the sleeve cuffs, and a center strip. Tuck it in or wear it out.
